PowerofHomecare.com Unifies HME for Major Grassroots Effort

WASHINGTON, DC – No one is safe from the impact of competitive bidding. Help AAHomecare fight against the nationwide rollout, due to take effect in January. Last week, AAHomecare, in coordination with other industry leadership, launched a grassroots initiative aimed at stopping the nationwide rollout of competitive bidding pricing, which will impact all HME businesses outside of the CBAs in Round I and Round II.

Chairman Brady Announces Rural Health Hearing
WASHINGTON, DC – Next week, the House Ways and Means Health Subcommittee will hold a hearing to discuss rural health care disparities created by Medicare regulations. The hearing will take place on Tuesday, July 28, at 10:00 AM in room 1100 of the Longworth House Office Building. AAHomecare will work with key members of the committee to voice concern with CMS’s plan to apply competitive bidding rates to non-competitive bidding areas starting in January 2016. View the official notice.
