Exhibitors may begin dismantling their displays immediately after the show closes at noon on Thursday, March 29. More complete information will be posted when the exhibitor kit is completed and available.

Shipping information will be available when the exhibitor kit is live.

 

All delivering carriers and P.O.V.’s must check in with Shepard Exposition Services at the designated marshaling yard prior to show-site delivery. Carriers will be assigned an unloading number according to driver check-in time. All shipments must be accompanied by a certified lightweight & heavy weight ticket. The Marshaling Yard is located at 4668 Arville St., Las Vegas, NV 89103.

No, only materials that can be hand carried by one individual in one trip may be brought into the exhibit hall by an exhibitor. Multiple trips by one person is not allowed. If you have questions, please contact Shepard.

You are allowed to set-up and dismantle your own booth provided the staff utilized is full-time company personnel of the exhibiting company.

If you are using an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), the online EAC Notification Form and the EAC’s Certificate of Insurance must be submitted prior to move-in.

The Medtrade Spring 2018 Exhibitor Kit will be posted in the Exhibitor Resource Center when available.

Linear, Corner and Perimeter booths
• 8′ high pipe and drape back wall.
• 3′ high pipe and drape side rails.
• 11″ x 17″ booth identification sign with company name and booth number.

Peninsula and End-Cap booths
• 8′ high pipe and drape back wall for the entire width of the booth.

Split Island booths
• 8′ high pipe and drape back wall for the entire width of the booth.

Exhibitors should first reference the Emerald Expositions Rules & Regulations of Exhibiting.

Please note that Medtrade is now a Cubic Content show. Please reference the Emerald Expositions Display & Booth Construction Guidelines for Linear, Corner, and Perimeter Booths or for Peninsula, Island, and Split Island Booths based on your booth type to ensure your booth meets these guidelines.

Medtrade Show Management requires each exhibiting company and Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to carry general liability insurance, automotive liability (if applicable) and workmen’s compensation coverage.

A form will be made available when the Exhibitor Kit is live that details the requirements and how to submit them.

Additional insured should be listed as follows: Emerald Expositions, Medtrade Spring 2018, Shepard, and Mandalay Bay Convention Center.

If you don’t have insurance that meets the requirements, insurance can be procured from the Marsh TotalEvent Exhibitor Insurance Program or your insurance provider.

Exhibitors will not be able to set-up until we have received your certificate of insurance.

Badge registration for Medtrade Spring is not yet open.

Yes, please visit registration desk at the entrance to the show at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center during registration hours.

Badges will not be mailed for Medtrade Spring but can be picked up at the registration desk at the entrance to the show at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center during registration hours. If you registered in advance, please go to the counters marked “Registered? Print Badge Here” in registration. If you need to register on-site, please go to the counters marked “Not Registered? Sign Up Here” in registration.

Each exhibiting company may register four (4) staff members per 100 net square feet of exhibit space at no charge. Additional staff may be registered for an additional per person charge.

Yes, exhibitors may add the Medtrade Spring Conference Package to their registration for the cost of $49.

During the registration process, if a country outside of the United States is selected, you will have the option of requesting an invitation letter to be emailed to you.

A Show Directory listing is the contact information and product categories that will be published both on the Medtrade website and in the printed Show Directory. It’s a key tool in telling the attendees about your company before, during and after the show. The final deadline for entering your information to be included in the printed Show Directory is February 9, 2018.

In order to be listed in the New Product Pavilion section of the Show Directory, entries must be submitted by March 9, 2018.

Hotel reservations can be made online through the Hotel & Travel section of the Medtrade Spring website. onPeak is the official housing agent for Medtrade.

Medtrade Spring does not provide shuttle service in Las Vegas.

The Convention Center parking lot is located on the corner of Russell & Las Vegas Blvd., close to the Four Seasons. Parking is also available at the Delano parking garage located between Frank Sinatra Drive and Hacienda Avenue.

The Mandalay Bay Convention Center offers various dining options within the convention center, including a food court in the convention center. Many fine and casual dining restaurants can also be found throughout the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino.

The Mandalay Bay Convention Center was designed and constructed to meet ADA standards. Its physical plant, including parking, access in/out of the building, restrooms, elevator service and ramps are all in accordance with ADA regulations. For attendees with mobility needs, wheelchair and scooter rental is available through Desert Medical Equipment by calling (866) 711-9171.

Medtrade Spring 2018 is at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas on March 27-29, 2018.

Medtrade 2018 will be at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta on October 15-18, 2018.

Medtrade is open to HME industry professionals only. No one under the age of 16 is permitted on the show floor. Here are examples of the types of professionals attending Medtrade: HME/DME Providers, Pharmacy and Drug Store Owners, Rehab Therapist/Providers,Respiratory Therapist/Providers,Home Health Agencies, Home Health Nurses, Hospitals, Insurance/Healthcare Payers, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Case Managers.

If you have a promo code (from postcard, magazine ad, email, or web ad), enter it in the Promo Code box at the beginning of registration to receive the offer. Codes will not be honored if expired and are not valid for completed registrations. Promo codes are only valid for qualified attendees only (not valid for non-exhibiting manufacturers and certain suppliers, distributors, and/or consultants who meet the criteria that qualifies as an exhibiting-type company).

If a speaker provides their slides to us, they will be made available in the Medtrade app. Conference attendees will receive an email when they are available with instructions on how to access them.

Medtrade Spring offers several networking opportunities. Please note that these events are an add-on to your registration.

Medtrade offers post-show access to our educational conference sessions. Notes (if submitted by the speaker) and audio will be available for sessions at Medtrade Spring 2018 via the Conference Digital Library. The library will allow you to “attend” a session you missed or one you’d like to hear again. The Digital Library is available as an add-on to your conference pass and provides access to sessions for one year. Choose between online access or a thumb drive. Please click here for pricing.

Attendee cancellation requests should be e-mailed to MedtradeSpring@experient-inc.com. No refunds are available to persons who register after February 23, 2018. All refunds are issued after the last day of the show. No refunds will be made for Expo/Show Floor Only and/or for Networking/Special Events. An organization may substitute one person for another without penalty.

Show Management is respectful of the time and resources utilized by each exhibitor and speaker in the research and development of new and exciting products for the HME marketplace. In an effort to protect our exhibitors and speakers, unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the Expo Floor or in Conference Session rooms at Medtrade without first obtaining permission from the exhibitor or speaker. Violators will be ejected from the show and could be denied entry to future Medtrade events and/or be prosecuted.
