All delivering carriers and P.O.V.’s must check in with GES at the designated marshaling yard prior to show-site delivery. Carriers will be assigned an unloading number according to driver check-in time. All shipments must be accompanied by a certified lightweight & heavy weight ticket. The Marshaling Yard is located at 362 Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd. NW, Atlanta, GA 30313.

No, only materials that can be hand carried by one individual in one trip may be brought into the exhibit hall by an exhibitor. Multiple trips by one person is not allowed.

You are allowed to set-up and dismantle your own booth provided the staff utilized is full-time company personnel of the exhibiting company.

If you are using an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), the online EAC Notification Form and the EAC’s Certificate of Insurance must be submitted prior to move-in.

Medtrade Show Management requires each exhibiting company and Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to carry general liability insurance, automotive liability (if applicable) and workmen’s compensation coverage.

This form can be found in Medtrade Connect and details the requirements and how to submit them.

 

Exhibiting companies may register their booth staff here.

Each company is alloted four Exhibitor badges per 100 square feet of booth space. Additional badges may be purchased and there is also an opportunity to upgrade to an Exhibitor Conference badge and attend educational sessions.

Yes! Exhibitors can add access to conference sessions to their registration. Pricing begins at $49 and increases as the show approaches. After registering booth personnel, click the Edit Show Items button for that person’s record. There, you may add conference session access as well as Stand Up for Homecare and one of two workshops that are open to exhibitors.

Exhibitor badges will not be mailed. Exhibitors may pick up their badges onsite during registration hours.

During the registration process, if a country outside of the United States is selected, you will have the option of requesting an invitation letter to be emailed to you.

A Show Directory listing is the contact information and product categories that will be published both on the Medtrade website and in the printed Show Directory. It’s a key tool in telling the attendees about your company before, during and after the show. The final deadline for entering your information to be included in the printed Show Directory is August 31, 2018. Update and save your profile in Medtrade Connect.

In order to be listed in the New Product Pavilion section of the Show Directory, entries must be submitted by August 31, 2018.

Hotel reservations can be made online through the Hotel & Travel section of the Medtrade website. onPeak is the official housing agent for Medtrade.

No, there will not be a shuttle service. Attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to take Lyft or Uber to the GWCC. Or if you are in a rental car, there are parking decks and the GWCC.

From cafes and food courts on the concourses to concession stands and specialty food carts on the trade show floor, the Georgia World Congress Center and its food service partner, Levy Restaurants, offer a wide array of dining options.

For persons with mobility needs, the Georgia World Congress Center has manual wheelchairs that are complimentary when secured with a credit card.  Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis at the Information Desk in Building B. FedEx Office Business Centers located in the main lobby of Buildings B and C offer mobility scooters and wheelchair rentals.

Medtrade 2019 will be at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta on October 22-24, 2019.

Medtrade Spring 2019 is at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas on April 15-17, 2019.

Medtrade is open to HME industry professionals only. No one under the age of 16 is permitted on the show floor. Here are examples of the types of professionals attending Medtrade: HME/DME Providers, Pharmacy and Drug Store Owners, Rehab Therapist/Providers, Respiratory Therapist/Providers, Home Health Agencies, Home Health Nurses, Hospitals, Insurance/Healthcare Payers, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Case Managers.

If you have a promo code (from postcard, magazine ad, email, or web ad), enter it in the Promo Code box at the beginning of registration to receive the offer. Codes will not be honored if expired and are not valid for completed registrations. Promo codes are only valid for qualified attendees only (not valid for non-exhibiting manufacturers and certain distributors, and/or consultants who meet the criteria that qualifies as an exhibiting-type company).

Yes! Medtrade events have apps that will help you both before and at the show. Before the show, create your schedule and tag exhibitors you want to visit. At the show, find exhibitors on the floor plan and stay on track with your schedule. Registered attendees will receive an email when the app is available for download.

If a speaker provides their slides to us, they will be made available in the Medtrade app after October 1. Conference attendees will receive an email when they are available with instructions on how to access them.

Medtrade offers several networking opportunities. Please note that these events are an add-ons to your registration and typically have a fee associated with them.

Medtrade offers post-show access to our educational conference sessions. Notes (if submitted by the speaker) and audio will be available for sessions at Medtrade 2018 via the Conference Digital Library. The library will allow you to “attend” a session you missed or one you’d like to hear again. The Digital Library is available as an add-on to your conference pass and provides access to sessions for one year. Choose between online access or a thumb drive. Please click here for pricing.

Attendee cancellation requests should be e-mailed to Medtrade@experient-inc.com by September 14, 2018. No refunds are available to persons who register after September 14, 2018. All refunds are issued after the last day of the show. No refunds will be made for Expo/Show Floor Only and/or for Networking/Special Events. An organization may substitute one person for another without penalty.

For liability reasons, no children under the age of 16 are allowed on the show floor at any time. Proof of age may be requested.

Show Management is respectful of the time and resources utilized by each exhibitor and speaker in the research and development of new and exciting products for the HME marketplace. In an effort to protect our exhibitors and speakers, unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the Expo Floor or in Conference Session rooms at Medtrade without first obtaining permission from the exhibitor or speaker. Violators will be ejected from the show and could be denied entry to future Medtrade events and/or be prosecuted.
