Submitting PowerPoint Presentations
Your speaker agreement includes submitting your presentation to Medtrade management prior to the show. Conference attendees are eager to prepare for your session and will be looking for the PowerPoint. Please follow these guidelines and submit your presentation by Friday, September 28 to email@example.com. The required template can be downloaded here.

Attendee registration is in full swing, and while you are promoting your presence as a speaker at Medtrade, we have some marketing tips that can help! Learn more >>
Medtrade has free pre-show marketing tools for you to use through a platform called Feathr. The tools available to you are a custom landing page and a custom email template. You can access these tools via your dashboard. Speakers were emailed their dashboard on June 28. If you need your link sent again, request it here. Here’s some more info about each of these tools:
Landing Page: This is a page that can be branded with your logo or photo, company or session description, and offers registrants $20 off a conference pass. When posting on social media, link to this page to give your customers a place to go for more information
Email Template: Use this email template to use to invite your customers/prospects to join you at Medtrade. You can either upload a list via the “import list” button and send emails through Feathr, or you can export the email and send through your own platform.
Speaker Ready Room
The Speaker Ready room is available for your use, C206 (Georgia World Congress Center- Building C) beginning Monday, October 15. This room will be set with tables and audiovisual equipment. You may use this room to meet with co-presenters, review your slides or to relax. Coffee/water service and light snacks will be available (for speakers only).
Please note as a presenter/panelist, you do not need to register to attend the Medtrade Conference and Expo. You are automatically registered as a Medtrade presenter which grants you complimentary access to all sessions (with the exception of workshops, power lunch and special events). It is very important to stop by the “Speaker Ready” room C206 to pick up your badge. Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your session in order to allow time for check-in and familiarization with your session room.
Audiovisual and Session Rooms
Remember the standard set in each room will include LCD projector, appropriate number of microphones and screen. Speakers should bring their own laptop. Note: we are not able to provide conference advancer or internet access for your session. Either you or your sponsor can rent additional audiovisual equipment from SmartSource Rentals by calling 321.710.3353. Attendees do not register for an individual session; therefore there is not a precise count on the number of attendees for your session. However, on average the number of attendees per session ranges between 50 to 100+ attendees.
Company Brochures and Additional Speakers
Brochures and flyers that address a particular company or product are not permitted in the educational sessions. All speakers have been pre-approved by the Medtrade Educational Advisory Board. Therefore, as an approved presenter you are not permitted to add additional speakers to your session at this time.
