The information in your exhibitor profile will be pulled for use in the printed show directory. You MUST log in and complete your profile, including selecting your product categories and entering your company’s description. This information is currently viewable online by attendees so completing your profile earlier will give you more exposure by turning up in attendees’ searches. Profiles must be completed by close of business on February 9, 2018 to be included in the printed onsite directory.

Invite your customers to spend time with you in Las Vegas by offering them a complimentary Medtrade Spring Expo Pass. Email it out or include in mailings/deliveries. It’s simple and there’s no cost to you! Each Medtrade Spring exhibitor has a unique code for free expo passes. Find the code by logging into exhibitor badge registration and scroll down to bottom of the home page where you will see an Invite Your Customers section.
Pre-Show Marketing Tools
Medtrade Spring has free pre-show marketing tools for you to use through a platform called Feathr. The tools available to you are a custom landing page, a custom web ad, and a custom email template. You can access these tools via your dashboard. Here’s some more info about each of these tools:
Landing Page: This is a page that can be branded with your logo, company description, and has your booth number along with a free expo pass offer. When posting on social media, link to this page to give your customers a place to go for more information. View example
Web Ad: A web ad with your company name and booth number has been made for you. Post this 300 x 250 ad on your website or include in the bottom of your emails. Link your landing page to it as well. View example
Email Template: Use this email template to use to invite your customers/prospects to join you at Medtrade Spring. You can either upload a list via the “import list” button and send emails through Feathr, or you can export the email and send through your own platform. View example
Companies who contracted booth space prior to January 5 were emailed a link to their dashboard on February 7. If you cannot find this email, please click here to request your link. If you contracted after January 5 and need a dashboard made for you, please click here to submit your request.
Turnkey Postcard Program
Invite your customers and prospects to visit your booth at Medtrade! Promote your brand/products, invite buyers to schedule meetings, visit your booth, order show specials, and buy. Email List Rental Program
The Medtrade Spring attendee list is available to current exhibitors only. Send your HTML file to our list through our email partner, Reach. Ask your account executive for more details.
Please note: In your promotions of Medtrade, please ensure that the show is referred to as “Medtrade Spring”, not “MedTrade Spring” or “Med Trade Spring”.
New Product Pavilion
The most visited spot at Medtrade Spring is the New Product Pavilion. Last year, 99% of attendees walked through the pavilion! Attendees will vote on their favorite new product and three winners will be crowned (and receive a ton of media exposure!). Just let your account executive know you’re interested and they’ll help get you signed up.
Ideas in Caretail
One thing Medtrade Spring attendees want to know about is RETAIL. Take advantage of this opportunity to promote your products that are well suited for retail sale and educate attendees on ideas to help their retail programs soar. Your product will be displayed in a store-like setting to help attendees envision the product performing in their stores.
We are heavily promoting Medtrade Spring as an opportunity to unite our industry and stand together through the changes. One way to maximize the benefits of your investment as an exhibitor is to make an effort to promote your company’s individual presence at the show. Most exhibitors use the same promoting tactics as each other, causing attendees to be unable to differentiate between companies. One way to stand out from the crowd, and make a lasting impression on the thousands of HME professionals expected to attend, is to use social media to promote your Medtrade Spring presence.
From building product awareness to increasing sales, becoming an official show sponsor and/or advertiser will further enhance your presence among the hundreds of exhibitors at Medtrade Spring. ATTENDEE BADGE CHANGE NOTICE – Effective 2014 and forward
Medtrade Spring badges will no longer contain barcodes. They will have a QR code with limited data, but full data can be acquired via cloud. If you use your own scanning device, this will affect you. To access demographic data, prior to the show you will need to log in to the Experient exhibitor portal and find the product entitled “Developer’s Kit for Real Time Data (RTS)”. If you rent scanning units through Experient, you will have new options to choose from, including an app for phone or tablets.
The priority points system is used as a basis for space assignment for Medtrade and Medtrade Spring and is designed to reward past support/advocacy of the Medtrade events.
Any company, who is exhibiting in the current show or has exhibited in any of the past six shows, is qualified for priority placement. Exhibitors in the current show will be given a priority meeting time at that show. Notice of meeting date/time will be sent to the company contact prior to the show.

Two companies: Fairguide by Construct Data Verlag AG and Expo-Guide by Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV are targeting Medtrade exhibitors and using the Medtrade name without permission.
Both companies offer advertising space on their, using a form which resembles an organizer’s free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to sign and return the form for an entry in an online directory. However, exhibitors who sign and return the form are then bound to a non-terminable agreement at significant cost for a period of at least three years and automatically renewing thereafter at the same cost, unless cancelled by registered letter within the appropriate period.
Please note that Medtrade has no relationship with Construct Data Verlag AG, Fair Guide, Expo-Guide, Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV or any of its many other brands, and they have no right to use Medtrade’s show name and brand on information they send out to exhibitors.
