Printed Directory Listing – deadline is February 9th

The information in your exhibitor profile will be pulled for use in the printed show directory. You MUST log in and complete your profile, including selecting your product categories and entering your company’s description. This information is currently viewable online by attendees so completing your profile earlier will give you more exposure by turning up in attendees’ searches. Profiles must be completed by close of business on February 9, 2018 to be included in the printed onsite directory.

Invite your Customers – give a free Expo Pass

Invite your customers to spend time with you in Las Vegas by offering them a complimentary Medtrade Spring Expo Pass. Email it out or include in mailings/deliveries. It’s simple and there’s no cost to you! Each Medtrade Spring exhibitor has a unique code for free expo passes. Find the code by logging into exhibitor badge registration (when it’s open) and scroll down to bottom of the home page.

Turnkey Postcard Program – Invite your customers and prospects to visit your booth at Medtrade! Product Exposure Opportunities – 3 programs

New Product Pavilion 
The most visited spot at Medtrade Spring is the New Product Pavilion. Last year, 99% of attendees walked through the pavilion! Attendees will vote on their favorite new product and three winners will be crowned. Just let your account executive know you’re interested and they’ll help get you signed up.

Ideas in Caretail 
One thing Medtrade Spring attendees want to know about is RETAIL. Take advantage of this opportunity to promote your products that are well suited for retail sale and educate attendees on ideas to help their retail programs soar. The Ideas in Caretail area will focus on Point-of-Purchase displays—those created by exhibitors pre-stocked with product, or building and creating custom displays for house brands or small spaces. 

Innovative HME Retail Product Awards
The biannual Innovative HME Retail Product Awards, sponsored by HomeCare magazine, honor HME products that are particularly suited for retail sale. The purpose of the competition is to promote and recognize products that contribute to providers’ bottom lines through cash sales.

So which one is best for you?
It all depends on what you have. If your product is new, hands down, the New Product Pavilion will get it the most exposure. The majority of attendees will walk through that area and look at the products. Attendees vote on favorites and winners receive awards and publicity. Products are also viewable online. If you have a great retail product, especially one that fits into our point-of-purchase of small space theme, display it in the Ideas in Retail center. Attendees interested in retail products will be excited to see this area on the floor, its debut at Medtrade Spring. You can also enter that retail product into the Innovative Retail Product Awards. The catch with it is that all entries are not viewed by attendees, but the winners will receive awards, publicity, and they can be viewed in a conference session. If your product is new and it’s a retail product, you will get the most exposure by doing the New Product Pavilion and Ideas in Caretail. The cherry on top would be competing in Innovative Retail Awards and winning!

Lead Retrieval – Changes in Badges

ATTENDEE BADGE CHANGE NOTICE – Effective 2014 and forward
Medtrade Spring badges will no longer contain barcodes. They will have a QR code with limited data, but full data can be acquired via cloud. If you use your own scanning device, this will affect you. To access demographic data, prior to the show you will need to log in to the Experient exhibitor portal and find the product entitled “Developer’s Kit for Real Time Data (RTS)”. If you rent scanning units through Experient, you will have new options to choose from, including an app for phone or tablets.

Medtrade Exhibitor Priority Points System

The priority points system is used as a basis for space assignment for Medtrade and Medtrade Spring and is designed to reward past support/advocacy of the Medtrade events.

Any company, who is exhibiting in the current show or has exhibited in any of the past six shows, is qualified for priority placement. Exhibitors in the current show will be given a priority meeting time at that show. Notice of meeting date/time will be sent to the company contact prior to the show.

Priority Point Rules and Regulations

Book your hotel through our official Housing partner, onPeak and earn extra priority points! For every room you book through onPeak your company will earn one additional priority point which will be added to your overall total. Book 4 rooms and earn 4 points, book 40 rooms and earn 40 points!

ATTN: We have been notified of hotel reservation companies and directory companies positioning themselves as Medtrade partners.

  • Our official hotel vendor for Medtrade Spring is OnPeak.
  • Our official show directory is produced by us. Your listing will be pulled from your Medtrade Connect profile.
  • Directory ads are placed through Advantage Media.
  • Lead retrieval units are available through our registration partner, Experient.
  • You can only rent the attendee list through us. We do not sell or share our list with outside parties.
  • Postal rental is fulfilled by MedtradeDirect.

Two companies: Fairguide by Construct Data Verlag AG and Expo-Guide by Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV are targeting Medtrade exhibitors and using the Medtrade name without permission.

Both companies offer advertising space on their, using a form which resembles an organizer’s free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to sign and return the form for an entry in an online directory. However, exhibitors who sign and return the form are then bound to a non-terminable agreement at significant cost for a period of at least three years and automatically renewing thereafter at the same cost, unless cancelled by registered letter within the appropriate period.

Please note that Medtrade has no relationship with Construct Data Verlag AG, Fair Guide, Expo-Guide, Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV or any of its many other brands, and they have no right to use Medtrade’s show name and brand on information they send out to exhibitors.

If you receive a document from Construct Data Verlag AG or Expo-Guide by Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV which uses our name or the name of our events and which offers advertising space on the Fair Guide website, please do not sign the form unless you have carefully read and understood the terms contained in the small print.
