Printed Directory Listing

The information in your Medtrade Connect profile will be pulled for use in the printed show directory. You MUST log in to Medtrade Connect and complete your profile, including selecting your product categories and entering your company’s description. This information is currently viewable online by attendees so completing your profile earlier will give you more exposure by turning up in attendees’ searches. Profiles must be completed by close of business on September 8, 2017 to be included in the printed onsite directory.

Invite Your Customers & Prospects

Free Expo Pass – Invite your customers to spend time with you in Atlanta by offering them a complimentary Medtrade Expo Pass. Email it out or include in mailings/deliveries. It’s simple and there’s no cost to you! Each Medtrade exhibitor has a unique code for free expo passes. Find the code by logging into exhibitor badge registration and scroll down to bottom of the home page.

Landing Page – As an exhibitor at Medtrade, we have created a free landing page for you to use in your pre-show promotions. Generate awareness of your presence at Medtrade by linking to this page in social media posts, web ads, email, and more! Exhibitors who have 5 or more attendees register through their landing page or by using their free expo pass code (above) will be entered into a drawing to win their choice of a) a free directory ad*, b) an email to attendees*, or c) a Medtrade Monday interview and banner ad in the post-show issue. Exhibitors contracted prior to August 2 have a page built for them already and were emailed links on August 3. New Product Pavilion
The most visited spot at Medtrade is the New Product Pavilion, sponsored by HomeCare magazine. Over 99% of attendees at last year’s show walked through the pavilion, all trying to achieve their #1 goal at the show of finding new products. Attendees will vote on their favorite new product and three winners will be crowned. Products are viewable online before and after the show, the pavilion will receive pre-show promotion and press coverage, and the winning products will receive post-show press coverage. Just let your account executive know you’re interested and they’ll help get you signed up. Innovative HME Retail Product Awards
These biannual awards, sponsored by HomeCare magazine, honor the best in HME retail products. Products will be reviewed by judges prior to Medtrade, and the top 8 will advance to an onsite judging round. These top 8 products will be presented to attendees in the retail awards conference session, then voting will take place to determine the top 3 winners. Winners are announced first day of expo and will receive award for display in booth as well as post-show media coverage. Entries due September 29th. View rules, entry form, and contract.

Ideas in Caretail
Show Medtrade attendees your product on display as they would appear in a retail showroom at Medtrade’s Ideas in Caretailing product display. VGM Retail (in coordination with Medtrade and KC Fixtures) is setting up a Caretailing Showroom on the Medtrade expo floor and we want your product represented! Choose from several options and be part of showcasing your product in our professional looking showroom display.

Lead Retrieval

ATTENDEE BADGE CHANGE NOTICE – Effective 2014 and forward
Medtrade badges will no longer contain barcodes. They will have a QR code with limited data, but full data can be acquired via cloud. If you use your own scanning device, this will affect you. To access demographic data, prior to the show you will need to log in to the Experient exhibitor portal and find the product entitled “Developer’s Kit for Real Time Data (RTS)”. If you rent scanning units through Experient, you will have new options to choose from, including an app for phone or tablets. Put your trust in those companies who are here to help you have the best Medtrade experience possible, our official vendors. Medtrade guarantees the products and service you will receive from our official vendors. View list here.

ATTN: We have been notified of hotel reservation companies, directory companies, and list rental companies positioning themselves as Medtrade partners.

  • Our official hotel vendor for Medtrade is OnPeak.
  • Our official show directory is produced by us using A2Z. Your listing will be pulled from your Medtrade Connect (A2Z) profile.
  • Directory ads are placed through Advantage Media.
  • Lead retrieval units are available through our registration partner, Experient.
  • Attendee email lists can only be rented from us or our email partner, Reach Marketing. NO other company has a Medtrade attendee list.

Unauthorized Housing Companies Contacting Exhibitors & Attendees
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than OnPeak, Medtrade’s Official Housing Provider, that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of Medtrade. We have been made aware of other housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Medtrade has NO affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services.


It has come to our attention that companies are contacting exhibitors and soliciting Medtrade attendee lists and contact information. If you receive an email like this, please read carefully and find in disclaimer at bottom of email that they are not related to Medtrade. Medtrade does not share or sell our attendee lists to outside companies, we manage our own list rental program.

Medtrade Exhibitor Priority Points System

The priority points system is used as a basis for space assignment for Medtrade and Medtrade Spring and is designed to reward past support/advocacy of the Medtrade events.

Any company, who is exhibiting in the current show or has exhibited in any of the past six shows, is qualified for priority placement. Exhibitors in the current show will be given a priority meeting time at that show. Notice of meeting date/time will be sent to the company contact prior to the show.

Priority Point Rules and Regulations

Book your hotel through our official Housing partner, OnPeak, and earn extra priority points! For every room you book through OnPeak your company will earn one additional priority point which will be added to your overall total. Book 4 rooms and earn 4 points, book 40 rooms and earn 40 points!

Exhibitor Advisory Board

The mission of the Medtrade Exhibitor Advisory Board (XAB) is to assist in the growth of the Medtrade Exposition with continued support to exhibiting companies and Medtrade management.  XAB representatives serve as experts for fielding questions and providing resources and initiatives for the continued success of the exposition and those who are participating.
