Welcome to the Medtrade 2018 Exhibitor Resource Center! This area of the website is for current exhibitors only, and is to be used to manage the exhibiting process and help you maximize your return on investment. We encourage you to check back often for updates and additional information.

The information in your Medtrade Connect profile will be pulled for use in the printed show directory. You MUST log in to Medtrade Connect and complete your profile, including selecting your product categories and entering your company’s description. This information is currently viewable online by attendees so completing your profile earlier will give you more exposure by turning up in attendees’ searches. Profiles must be completed by close of business on August 31, 2018 to be included in the printed onsite directory.

Invite your customers to spend time with you in Las Vegas by offering them a complimentary Medtrade Expo Pass. Email it out or include in mailings/deliveries. It’s simple and there’s no cost to you! Each Medtrade exhibitor has a unique code for free expo passes. Find the code by logging into exhibitor badge registration and scroll down to bottom of the home page where you will see an Invite Your Customers section.
Pre-Show Marketing Tools
Medtrade has free pre-show marketing tools for you to use through a platform called Feathr. The tools available to you are a custom landing page, a custom web ad, and a custom email template. You can access these tools via your dashboard. Exhibitors who were contracted prior to June 25 were emailed their dashboard on June 28. If you contracted after that or need your link sent again, request it here. Here’s some more info about each of these tools:
Landing Page: This is a page that can be branded with your logo, company description, and has your booth number along with a free expo pass offer. When posting on social media, link to this page to give your customers a place to go for more information. View example
Web Ad: Various size web ads with your booth number have been made for you. Post these ads on your website or include in the bottom of your emails. Link your landing page to it as well. View example
Email Template: Use this email template to use to invite your customers/prospects to join you at Medtrade. You can either upload a list via the “import list” button and send emails through Feathr, or you can export the email and send through your own platform. View example
Direct Marketing Opportunities
Turnkey Postcard Program: Invite your customers and prospects to visit your booth at Medtrade! Promote your brand/products, invite buyers to schedule meetings, visit your booth, order show specials, and buy. There is an option available to mail to pre-registered attendees as well. Email Direct Marketing: The Medtrade attendee list is available to current exhibitors only. Send your HTML file to our list through our email partner, Reach. Ask your account executive for more details.

New Product Pavilion
The most visited spot at Medtrade is the New Product Pavilion, sponsored by HomeCare magazine. Over 98% of attendees at last year’s show walked through the pavilion, all trying to achieve their #1 goal at the show of finding new products. Attendees will vote on their favorite new product and three winners will be crowned. Products are viewable online before and after the show, the pavilion will receive pre-show promotion and press coverage, and the winning products will receive post-show press coverage. Just let your account executive know you’re interested and they’ll help get you signed up. The deadline to enter is August 31 in order to be included in the directory. Innovative HME Retail Product Awards
These awards, sponsored by HomeCare magazine, honor the best in HME retail products. Products will be reviewed by judges prior to Medtrade, and the top 8 will advance to an onsite judging round. These top 8 products will be presented to attendees in the retail awards conference session, then voting will take place to determine the top 3 winners. Winners are announced first day of expo and will receive award for display in booth as well as post-show media coverage. Entries due September 21st. View rules, entry form, and contract.
Exhibitors at Medtrade receive four exhibitor badges per 100 square feet of booth space. This badge will give access to the expo floor only. Exhibitors may add on access to educational conference sessions starting at $49 (fee depends on time of registration and increase as the show approaches). In registration, once a person has been added as booth staff, select the Edit Show Items button. There, you may add conference session access as well as Stand Up for Homecare and one of two workshops that are open to exhibitors. Register here

ATTENDEE BADGE CHANGE NOTICE – Effective 2014 and forward
Medtrade badges will no longer contain barcodes. They will have a QR code with limited data, but full data can be acquired via cloud. If you use your own scanning device, this will affect you. To access demographic data, prior to the show you will need to log in to the Experient exhibitor portal and find the product entitled “Developer’s Kit for Real Time Data (RTS)”. If you rent scanning units through Experient, you will have options to choose from, including an app for phone or tablets. Please log into exhibitor badge registration for more information.
Please note: In your promotions of Medtrade, please ensure that the show is referred to as “Medtrade”, not “MedTrade”, “Med Trade”, and that “Fall” is not used in the show name.

Unauthorized Housing Companies Contacting Exhibitors & Attendees
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than OnPeak, Medtrade’s Official Housing Provider, that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of Medtrade. We have been made aware of other housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Medtrade has NO affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services.
The priority points system is used as a basis for space assignment for Medtrade and Medtrade Spring and is designed to reward past support/advocacy of the Medtrade events.
Any company, who is exhibiting in the current show or has exhibited in any of the past six shows, is qualified for priority placement. Exhibitors in the current show will be given a priority meeting time at that show. Notice of meeting date/time will be sent to the company contact prior to the show.
Book your hotel through our official Housing partner, OnPeak, and earn extra priority points! For every room you book through OnPeak your company will earn one additional priority point which will be added to your overall total. Book 4 rooms and earn 4 points, book 40 rooms and earn 40 points!
The mission of the Medtrade Exhibitor Advisory Board (XAB) is to assist in the growth of the Medtrade Exposition with continued support to exhibiting companies and Medtrade management. XAB representatives serve as experts for fielding questions and providing resources and initiatives for the continued success of the exposition and those who are participating.
