We want YOU! We’ve had such an overwhelming response to the new, interactive and crowd-participating panels in Las Vegas that we are doing it all over again! Join us in Las Vegas at Medtrade Spring and share your story and expertise on a panel, or lead a panel. We all know the more we work together, the better the results. Why not work together more as an industry? Let’s share our successes and challenges, working as a team to bring more insight and knowledge to the masses by presenting information we’ve gathered while out there fighting the good fight.

Program Guidelines

Your program should address one of the educational tracks listed below. Sessions are either 1 hour or 1.5 hours in length with time for Q&A.

The sessions will be formatted as free-flowing and interactive. Although there will be a combination of the standard “standing behind a lectern” classroom format, a good portion of this year’s sessions will move towards a town hall/panel format. Each town hall presentation will be presented by two or more “discussion leaders” and will mimic a talk-show look and feel, thereby allowing the discussion leaders the option to facilitate an interactive presentation either standing or sitting.

Please note: as a part of the EAB’s selection process, town hall/panel presentations with two or more discussion leaders will take precedent over single speaker sessions. In addition, sessions with providers participating will be given top consideration.

  • Audits & Compliance

  • Keeping it Legal

The Evaluation Process

Medtrade management along with members of the Educational Advisory Board (EAB) will evaluate all presentations based on the following criteria: timeliness of topic, overall content, audience level content is geared for, audience interest, creativity, prior speaking expertise, knowledge of subject matter, prior speaker evaluation results, and speaker references.

To be considered as a speaker, your program must be educational in nature — that is, sales presentations will not be accepted. In addition, your material should be original; otherwise, sources must be referenced. For multiple speakers, each speaker must agree to this submission. Incomplete program submissions will not be considered.

Thank you in advance for your submissions. If you have any questions, please email Toni Ward, Conference Manager.
