Medtrade Letter of Invitation Policy Letter of Invitation Medtrade welcomes international visitors from around the world. In order to obtain travel visas to attend, many U.S. Embassies require that you have an Official Letter of Invitation from Medtrade.
Please note that you must be a registered attendee/exhibitor of Medtrade to receive a letter of invitation. You can now request this document on-line. Please complete your registration on-line and then send your request to Peggy.Cross@nielsen.com and list the following information: your registration confirmation number, full name, company name, address, fax number, e-mail address, passport number and date of birth.
