Medtrade Letter of Invitation Policy

Medtrade welcomes international visitors from around the world. In order to obtain travel visas to attend, many U.S. Embassies require that you have an Official Letter of Invitation from Medtrade. Please note that you must be a registered attendee/exhibitor of Medtrade to receive a letter of invitation.

You can now request this document online. Please complete your registration online and then send your requests to peggy.cross@nielsen.com and list the following information: your registration confirmation number, full name, company name, address, fax number, email address, passport number and date of birth. The letter of invitation will be emailed to you within 5-10 working days in an industry standard .PDF format. We regret that we can no longer deliver this document by DHL, fax or other media means.
