How can I find my password?
Your password is also known as the Customer ID on your booth invoice. Your account executive can also give you this number.

Will badges be mailed?
Badges will be mailed to all exhibitors who register as booth personnel prior to March 10, 2007. After this date, exhibitors can pick up there badges at the registration desk at the show. Badges for large companies are mailed to the company contact for distribution.

If you do not want your badges mailed and prefer to pick them up onsite, please call Elaine Barnes at 770-291-5423 for assistance.

Can I bring my children to the booth?
Medtrade Spring is a trade event. No infants or children under 16 are allowed Proof of age required. No strollers will be allowed on the show floor.

Can I take pictures of other company's booths?
The use of cameras or video equipment is strictly prohibited with the exception of authorized press. Cameras will be confiscated, and those caught with cameras will be removed from the show floor.

How can I find out/confirm that I am pre-registered?
You will receive a confirmation letter if you registered at least one month prior to the beginning of the show. If you did not receive a confirmation, please call Customer Service at 770.294.5409.

How can I have someone deleted from your mailing, fax or email list?
If you would like to be removed from the mailing, fax or email list, please send your request via fax to 770.777.8700, email medtradecustomerservice@nielsen.com or call Customer Service at 770.291.5409.

I didn't get my badge, what should I do?
Badges will not be mailed. Please bring your printed registration confirmation on-site to the "Advance Registration" counters located within the exhibit hall to pick-up your badge and badge-holder which will allow you access to Medtrade Spring.
