Information for International Exhibitors Exhibitions in the United States do not come standard with hardwall booths. The standard items included in the exhibit space rental charge include: 1. Standard booth equipment-consists of flameproof 8- foot high draped backwalls and 36-inch high siderail drape. Show management carpets the aisles only. 2. Display space rental. Rental of space does NOT include: electrical service, telephone or computer (installation/equipment/service), cleaning of booth space, shipping, freight-handling, hanging of signs,booth furnishings rental, booth carpet rental, labor, signage, etc. All of the above mentioned services are the financial responsibility of the exhibitor. Information and order forms for these services will be in the Exhibitor Services Manual that is sent to each exhibitor 90 days before the event. 3. Standard 7-inch x 44-inch booth sign; includes company name, city, state and booth number as specified on your contract for exhibit space. 4. Twenty-four hour security service in exhibit areas. 5. Each exhibiting company will be provided with complimentary exhibitor badges that permit access to the Exhibit Hall.
