In order to obtain travel visas to attend, many U.S. Embassies require that you have an Official Letter of Invitation from Medtrade. Please note that you must be a registered attendee/exhibitor of Medtrade to receive a letter of invitation. You can now request this document on-line. Please complete your registration on-line and then send your request to peggy.cross@nielsen.com and list the following information: your registration confirmation number, full name, company name, address, fax number, e-mail address, passport number and date of birth. The letter of invitation will be e-mailed to you within 5-10 working days in an industry standard .PDF format. We regret that we can no longer deliver this document by DHL, fax or other media means.
