How can I find out/confirm that I am pre-registered?
You will receive a confirmation letter if you registered at least one month prior to the beginning of the show. If you did not receive a confirmation, please call Customer Service at 770.294.5409.

How can I have someone deleted from your mailing, fax or email list?
If you would like to be removed from the mailing, fax or email list, please send your request via fax to 770.777.8700, email medtradecustomerservice@nielsen.com or call Customer Service at 770.291.5409.

I didn't get my badge, what should I do?
Badges will not be mailed. Please bring your printed registration confirmation on-site to the "Advance Registration" counters located within the exhibit hall to pick-up your badge and badge-holder which will allow you access to Medtrade Spring.

How can I be added to your mailing list?
