• About Medtrade Connect
• Enter your exhibitor profile and product categories on Medtrade Connect.
Attendees use Medtrade Connect to plan their time on the show floor. If you have not updated your profile, your products are not coming up in attendees' searches. Companies are also listed by product category in the printed show directory; however you will not be listed if you have not logged in to Medtrade Connect, updated and saved your product categories and company description.

Invite Your Customers & Prospects
Invite your customers and prospects to Medtrade Spring 2012. Send them a free expo pass and $20 conference discount. There are two options for sending out these passes:
1) Create a unique registration code to give to your customers/prospects. Enter this code onto our custom pass and email to your customers/prospects. You can track who is using your code. Log in to badge registration to create your code.
2) Send out a generic pass. (You will not be able to track it's usage)

Medtrade Exhibitor Priority Points System
The priority points system is used as a basis for space assignment for Medtrade and Medtrade Spring and is designed to reward past support/advocacy of the Medtrade events.
Any company, who is exhibiting in the current show or has exhibited in any of the past six shows, is qualified for priority placement. Exhibitors in the current show will be given a priority meeting time at that show. Notice of meeting date/time will be sent to the company contact at least 14 days prior to the show and a reminder of the meeting day/time will be placed in the companies’ booth the day prior to the priority meeting.
• Priority Point Rules and Regulations
Book your hotel through our official Housing partner, On-Peak and earn extra priority points! For every room you book through On-Peak your company will earn one additional priority point which will be added to your overall total. Book 4 rooms and earn 4 points, book 40 rooms and earn 40 points!

BEWARE OF MISLEADING ADVERTISING SCAMS
Two companies: Fairguide by Construct Data Verlag AG and Expo-Guide by Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV are targeting Medtrade exhibitors with advertising scams.
Both companies offer advertising space on their, using a form which resembles an organizer's free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to sign and return the form for an entry in an online directory. However, exhibitors who sign and return the form are then bound to a non-terminable agreement at significant cost for a period of at least three years and automatically renewing thereafter at the same cost, unless cancelled by registered letter within the appropriate period.
Please note that Medtrade has no relationship with Construct Data Verlag AG, Fair Guide, Expo-Guide, Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV or any of its many other brands, and they have no right to use Medtrade's show name and brand on information they send out to exhibitors.
If you receive a document from Construct Data Verlag AG or Expo-Guide by Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV which uses our name or the name of our events and which offers advertising space on the Fair Guide website, please do not sign the form unless you have carefully read and understood the terms contained in the small print.
