Wheelchairs & Scooters
The Georgia World Congress Center has manual wheelchairs that are complimentary when secured with a credit card. Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first serve basis at the Main Information Desk in Building B.
Scooter rental is also available through Scoot-A-Round. To reserve a scooter in advance, please call 888-441-7575. Scoot-A-Round will also be on-site for on-site rentals. Scoot-A-Round will also charge the scooter for you nightly.
Terms and Conditions
- Medtrade is a trade event.
- No children under the age of 16 are allowed on the show floor. Proof of age required.
- No cameras or video equipment allowed on show floor. Violators will be prosecuted.
- Cancellation requests for refunds must be received in writing by September 13, 2009 and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellation requests should be faxed to 770-777-8700 or mailed to: Registration Dept., Nielsen Business Media, 1145 Sanctuary Pkwy, Suite 355, Alpharetta, GA 30009.
- No refunds are available to persons who register after October 17, 2010.
- All refunds are issued after the last day of the show.
- No refunds will be made for Expo/Show Floor Only and/or for Special Events.
- An organization may substitute one person for another without penalty.
- No strollers or rolling carts larger than airline carry-on size are permitted on the show floor.
